Generation Life is the youth ministry at Life Center church. I worked as the Youth Pastor's assistant for a little over two years. During that time I not only worked as the assistant to the youth Pastor, making schedules, contacting parents, scheduling appointments... I also took on the roles of creating and designing for the youth ministry.
For the majority of the smaller items, such as flyers, instagram posts, special event promotions, group competitions or service graphics, I worked on my own to get what we needed for that particular project. For bigger item designing, such as camp logos and branding, I did work with alongside a fellow designer to work up an overall concept and direction for the branding.
Expedition LA is the summer camp that we took our youth ministry on which included traveling from Sacramento to LA making stops at Yosemite, Disneyland, different beaches and ending it at a conference.
SMAC is an acronym for Sunday Morning After Church and is something we would do to get people connected easier by going out to lunch together or doing an activity like mini golfing.
These shields were created for a group competition we did called Kings and Queens for our students and were designed based off of what the group leaders wanted their teams to be.
